American Standard has been going for about 140 years, being one of the longest running companies in it's line & designing & manufacturing the greatest in bathroom & kitchen innovation.

Being a subsidary of LIXIL, they approached EightFour wanting a redevelopment of their online presence in the Asian region.

We put together a monster site complete with CMS that housed their extensive product and collection range.

Since American Standard is home to an extensive number of prodcuts, and because the site is frequently used by designers & builders, the site was built to offer inspriation in the form of collections, which grouped products by their material, time period & design style.

Because of the shere number of products, we had to impliment sophisticated filtering tools as well as comparison options.

GETTING AROUND PRODUCT
LISTS QUICKLY

We've built up a bit of a speciality in developing large scale product cataloges, and after a while you build up a best of practice. Here's one: quick views, which allow designers & property developers to quickly bulid up a wishlist without having to view an extremely detailed product detail page.

Every template started off with mobile in mind, which dictated the structure of the templates from mobile up.
