Our friends over at TBWA Singapore wanted to put together a big data tool for social media listening which enabled media staff & clientele to submit queries & view detailed results of their audience.

Interfaces of this kind have a tendency to be complicated, or at least that's the way many of our users felt.

We designed the interface to be task-centric: enabling customers to get around easily & start pulling data as quickly as possible.

SUBMIT A CASE STUDY
& START LEARNING

Submitting case studies involved a huge amount of data processing, sometimes taking hours to complete. I designed an easy to use interface that allowed submission & monitoring & editing of search queries.

WE PULLED EVEN THE 
MINUTE DETAILS

We included within the interface the ability to see actual replies & comments on facebook: username, details & time of post.

HOW TO VISUALISE
THE DATA EASILY

Viewing the data within context was crucial to gain understanding of your audience. I designed various graph & chart options which allowed clients to view their customers by age, location, gender & an assortment of other criteria.
